The purpose of this website is to promote and provide information about the show "Pole Art Showcase: Prólogo" and to market tickets for the same.

Data Controllers (Joint Controllers — Art. 26 GDPR)

By accepting this Privacy Policy on the ticket purchase form, the User provides informed consent for any data processing operations that require it. Generally, the requested data is necessary for the purposes indicated; failure to provide it will prevent the acquisition of Tickets.

    • Purpose: Compliance with tax and accounting obligations.

    • Legal Basis: Legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).

  • Incident / complaint data

    • Purpose: Customer service, fraud prevention, and defense against claims.
